I purchased this product after lots of research and comparing with other similar products. I am writing this review after 1 month from using this product. The product is pure and natural resin form. The effect starts after 2 doses I am taking twice in a day morning empty stomach and in the evening before dinner. You will feel fresh and rejuvenate entire day you wont feel stress, fatigue or tiredness entire day. I was suffering from heel pain and muscle pain which is cured now. Taste Wise its bit unusual when you start but your tongue will used to the taste after few days. I was bit worried about its side effect on body like indigestion and stomach pain as complaint by several people after taking shilajit (other brands) . But here no complaints about any harmful effect on your body. Previously I was taking shilajit capsules but unfortunately it was not giving desired results. This product is bit expensive, all Upakarma products are expensive but it provides superior quality and desired results. Kudos to packaging and spoon it will help you to preserve for long time and spoon will help you to measure actual quality you need to consume everyday. I will recommend this product to people who have crossed 35/40 year’s of age and feeling daily stress, fatigue and tiredness. Shilajit is one of the potent medicines capable of boosting the wellness apart from what it’s famous for.
It is rare and expensive so the likelihood of getting a fake product is high. I did lots of reading and browsing to figure out ways to determine if a particular variant is better and genuine.

So among the powder, liquid resin and solid resin, the best bet is the liquid one.
As it is least processed,and least heated, it is likely to be purest.
It is easy to use, and most absorbed by the intestines.

The shilajit from Himalaya is the best.

But whether the liquid is genuine is a tricky thing to handle.
There are a few tests that can indicate purity but still they are not totally reliable.
I have tried them on this brand.
The liquid mixes completely in water. ✅
The liquid doesn’t burn but when heated it rises and turns to hard ash. ✅
The water turns brown and not black or orange. ✅
The smell is strong and not likeable. It is yuck….. ✅ But it’s a medicine and I take it with my nose pinched.

The packing of this product is very premium.
The container is glass and comes with a tiny metal spoon…guess it is brass …..for measuring the tiny amount needed.

The liquid is thick black and looks like tar.
The smell is not something you’ll like.
The taste is bland…. can be mixed with milk or smoothies but never used It like that.
It’s been more than 25 days since I started using this.

I was in disbelief that this jar full of goo that looks, smell and taste like tar, actually gives you more energy but wow, it DOES! I am usually constantly tired and have to drink 2 energy drinks throughout the day to have any energy so I was willing to try anything just to feel like I could do anything. The 1st time I tried it, I instantly felt wide awake but without all of the extra anxiety and jitteriness that comes with caffeine. I’m not sure if this helps with iron levels but I feel a whole lot better from just a small drop of this into a small cup of warm water. Definitely recommend!
