I used it for the first time, to consume directly or mixing it with water gave a bitter taste. Preferably I liked mixing in various dishes/soup/dough for health benefits. Children do not eat drumsticks hence moringa powder was a good option and alternate for children to consume in their food as they could not realise the substitute 👍🏻
