Moringa has benefited me in many ways. I am a 31 year old male from teaching field. It’s been two weeks now that I have regularly started having it. At first, I didn’t notice any noticable benefit (probably) since I was directly eating the powder and drinking tap water. Later, I started making Moringa tea with 1tsp powder (without boiling). The day I started having moringa tea twice in a day, it reduced my stress, made me calmer, no headaches, took away my fatigue, made me energetic, made my muscles firmer (even without exercise), stopped my food cravings (now I eat only 2 times), reduced my mood swings and depressed feelings, made me less sleepy. I will update if I notice any more benefits. I hope to see if it helps me restore my hair color since now I don’t feel stress. Recently, my friend had lost sense of smell and taste (a symptom of Covid-19 and some other infections) during an infection. My friend regained his sense of taste and smell just after 10 mins of drinking moringa tea. He was joyfully crying seeing the results. His infection also later went away, stopped his constipation, increased his metabolism. It also helped him not be sleepy during his night shifts. But drink it only six hours before your usual sleeping time LoL or you won’t feel sleepy. These are the results that we have noticed in the short term. In long term, I hope to see more benefits. I read that Ayurveda says Moringa cures 300+ diseases so I am very interested. It is also said that it reduces body fat, limits fat formation and helps in weight loss (which is logical since it stops cravings). After a month of drinking, I will make my 60 year old mother to drink it also. I consider it a blessing of Creator God Jesus Christ for humans and animals.

If water is bit warmer than lukewarm it tastes too bitter to handle.
So don’t use in hot water.
It doesn’t dissolve in water so using it like that is waste.
I put a spoonful powder in mouth and then swallow it with lukewarm water in empty stomach.
It does make you feel full and helps in bowel movements.
Update – after using for 5months,i have noticed few things. if I use it in empty stomach. It’s making my stomach gaseous. And sometimes diarrhea like situation.
I am using it alternate days in noon or before going to bed. I put now half teaspoon of powder in my mouth with lemon water (normal temperature, not hot or lukewarm).
