One star less as they did not tell that the product has very bitter taste. Not everyone will take it. Its like a medicine. Not sure about results as i have just bought it.
Second, i received the product broken, the small cup to measure the amount was broken as seen in pitures so pls improve its quality or do the packaging right. Thanks.

My mothers blood sugar level are really coming to normal after long time ..she has been using this syrup for less than a month period but results are amazing ..Thanku so much kapiva …but now does she need to continue the sugar medication or stop the medicine ? As her blood sugar is coming back to normal ..usually had a very high sugar ..
