This product is from Dabur. I surely would have purchased Telephone brand if the seller was offering free delivery under Prime, but they aren’t. If you wonder what this product is, this is much like a fiber drink which mixes with water and helps gut observe more water to it (normally too much water absorption from the digested food causes constipation and this helps prevent that by absorbing itself. Also, this acts as laxative and helps in constipation.
Here is some useful tips
♦ Take 1-2 teaspoon (Not table spoon) at night and at morning (if you have been facing constipation regularly)
♦ Always take more water to mix and stir and drink. At least 200 ml of water. More water, more benefit
♦ This not only helps for constipation but also lowers cholestrol and high BP.
♦ Long term use is not recommended (1 year above)

Don’t just rely on this if you are already suffering from severe constipation with tissue fissures (bleeding due to hard to pass). Instead during those emergency times use Cremaffin plus or visit hospital. Try to reduce this laxative slowly and increase your isabgol daily.
Natural ways to stay free:

From my years of suffering, I will tell you some top natural foods to help keep this problem away.
♦ Take plenty of fruits esp Papaya, Grapes, Musk Melon, well ripened Banana (All ripened, Never take unripened or half ripened)
♦ Take Spinach (all varieties) 3-4 times a week. Take it and you will feel why I mentioned it here
♦ Plenty of water in morning (Hot water if possible)
♦ Dry fruits esp in the morning
–> Stay away from Fried items, Dairy products (at least till it reduces), excess wheat product, cookies or biscuits and finally white sugar!
Overall, this product is good and have no complaints. If you are so keen on better quality, try telephone brand. They are reputed for this. And, hold on… get to know that this product is exported mainly from India and the whole world is getting benefited from.
