I have been a fan of Baidyanath Ayurvedic medicines for decades. I also expected the same for this product. They did not disappoint. However their packaging was absolutely horrible. Outer carton was sturdy but inner paper or whatever bag was not only extremely flimsy but VERY strongly glued to the outer carton. I was forced to literally tear it open. Trying to unpack it was a project. Spilled half of the contents because the inner bag just split into two. Why the inner and outer packaging were glued together is beyond my logical thinking. In any case if anyone else should buy it then make absolutely sure that you open the package in a large size “thaali” to not let the content get spilled and end up in a waste basket. Attached image bears witness to my claim.
BTW. Only other time I have seen such gluing of the inner and outer packaging is for 1 KG block of AMUL cheese BUT and that is a big BUT. The inner bag of AMUL cheese was a VERY strong metallised polyethylene bag from which I could strip off every last remnant of the outer duplex board “wrapper” packing without damaging it at all.

The product did help in easing bowel movements. It’s kind of difficult to use. It’s supposed to be used with warm water (which I had to find out from Google. There’s not much info on the packet about how to use it). But it doesn’t dissolve at all in water.
Also it comes in a flimsy paper packet. It was torn and spilling out when I opened the outer cover (which btw was also looking sad and crumpled).

May get bloated if you use so much of the powder
Gradually once the dosage
Best is to take 1/2 hour before meal
Surely reduce blood sugar, cholesterol and acidity
Helps in digestion.
Drink lot of water else it will make skin dry
