To start off I have to say it taste bad. Really bad! But you don’t buy this to choose flavor, you buy it because it works really good. I couldn’t drink it as a tea so I put it in capsules and am using it that way. It’s keeping me regular and I don’t have to worry about putting horrible chemicals in me.
