Within my parent’s friend and relative circle, I made it ( HARJOD from Himalaya ) very popular since last 7/8 years or so. I used to order online sitting abroad since then. It was effective for my parents and then other senior citizens who used to use it. But gradually it affects going down as per thier feedback. Possible we will diswcountiue it within a few months. Otherwise, we usually trust hiamalya medicines.

I trust the brand but I can’t specify how a particular medicine will affect your health, but I do have positive response from Systone, Ashwagandha and other few medicines, if you need to buy any o the Himalayas medicine please consult your doctor first.
