Garlic has lot of benefits that is proven by science. People cannot eat direct garlic due to the smell and sometimes cultural values. This supplement is good for those folks.
I like eating garlic but cooked garlic has lesser benefits compared the raw one. This supplement I think is comparable to raw garlic.
There is slight smell of garlic in the tablets but no after effects like garlic burps or after taster. So it’s a good option for people who want to get the benefits of garlic without having to consume it in the raw form.
