This product has an immediate effect. The first week I used it, I could feel more relaxed and calm. I’m someone who works a stressful job, so getting good sleep and being able to think under pressure was necessary for me. Besides my meditation practice, this product has worked well in combination with other supplements like magnesium citrate, and vitamin b12 complex.
I have noticed, when I stop taking the supplements- the calmness wears off. I can feel little things triggering me.
Over all this is a good product. I take it before I go to bed along with magnesium citrate.
