Aditya Saxena –
Suggested by my trainer, this product helps in recovery after workout and helps in mitigating soreness. Best vegan alternative for omega 3. However i found it but overpriced.

The capsule is made of Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, which is a vegetarian alternative to gelatin. But problem is it’s shell! It very hard and does not easily get swallowed. It gets stuck in the throat and it makes it very uncomfortable. Try to fetch other algae based capsule. I ordered thrice but not ordering any more.

I added it to my daily diet. I used to go to gym 4 times in a week. There wasn’t a major difference. But when I checked my blood reports there were changes happening inside my body. My face was glowing and I would recommend it to the vegetarians. Good values of EPA and DHA. Add seeds and walnut to your diet to further more inhance the absorption of omega 3, if you’re a vegetarian.

Unlike other reviews , its not repulsive or bad. Not sure why one person writes its Tasting like fish. It most certainly doesn’t.
While it smells like algae and will give your burps for 2-3 days, it will adjust afterwards.
Benefits would be too soon to say . will update when bottle is finished.
Be Cautious while buying though . Its also Contains Carrageenan . Its linked to Colon Cancer.
Carrageenan is an additive used to thicken, emulsify, and preserve foods and drinks. It’s a natural ingredient that comes from red seaweed (also called Irish moss). You’ll often find this ingredient in nut milks, meat products, and yogurt.
Since the late 1960s, there’s been controversy surrounding the health effects of carrageenan. Some evidence suggests that carrageenan triggers inflammation, gastrointestinal ulcerations, and that it damages your digestive system. People have been petitioning for products with carrageenan to be labeled with a warning or removed entirely. Read on to learn more about this common food additive and why you may want to avoid it.
Dangers and side effects of carrageenan
Products with carrageenan may be labeled as “natural,” but limited studies show that carrageenan may promote or cause:
inflammation
bloating
irritable bowel syndrome
glucose intolerance
colon cancer
food allergies
Increased inflammation can lead to a greater likelihood of other diseases, such as:
inflammatory bowel disease
arthritis
tendonitis
chronic cholecystitis, or gallbladder inflammation

Omega 3 has its benefits but the product has risks. Please make an informed Decision.

Not suitable for me I guess. It’s causing discomfort to my stomach. Causes bloating to me. They should come up with some small quantity packets so that people can first try and then buy a bigger quantity.
Babita Sharma –
As compared to other algae rich omega 3 supplements, it is the best prevailing as it has both epa and dha which constitutes 400mg in the ratio 1:3 per capsule. So its both economically feasible and for the welfare of your body.
Nilesh Vasava –
Good quality, only I concern that it is free from pesticides, chemicals , because here in india water pollution is major problem.
But I have no other options.

Liked that it is a vegan version. Con: Still, algae smell takes a bit getting used to. A little expensive but good quality but it is algae-based, not fish oil, so ok.
Gancho –
Contrary to the description, it has a horrible extreme fish smell, taste, and aftertaste. It gave both me and my wife stomach aches. Threw it away – definitely not recommended!
