I like this product. I didn’t get sick all last year while taking this. However, recently, I kissed my sick child and finished his leftovers thinking I wouldn’t get sick since I’m on this supplement, and it wasn’t the super medicine I thought… I did get sick. I guess nothing is full proof. Still have to be cognizant or avoiding germs and washing hands. I still think this supplement helps boost the immune system.
