After 1 month taking 1 capsule a day healthier hair and skin but too heat for stomach got diarrhoea, may be good for others different body types

It has been a year now that I’m consuming fish oil capsules twice a day. It really helped my skin to glow. I go to gym and my bone strength has really improved. My memory has improved too. Being a doctor i know the benefits of Omega 3. These oils are essential for body, it is not formed by body itself and hence we require it in daily life since we can’t consume fish every day. Omega 3 also reduces inflammation in body and promotes heart health. I prefer NEUHERBS because in more or less same price compared to other brands it offers 2500 mg per capsule whereas other brands offer 1000mg. It is easy to digest and has lemon flavour has palatable

I’ve been using Neuherbs Multivitamins and Fish Oil for a while, and while they do provide a revitalizing effect, I didn’t notice any significant improvements compared to other more affordable brands. The quality is decent, but for the price, I expected more noticeable results. It may work well for some, but personally, I don’t think it’s worth the premium cost.
