Rarely have I seen a B complex with EXACTLY the right dose. These tablets have helped greatly with gradually increasing and maintaining my energy without any unpleasant buzz or anxiety. They’re easy to take, just 2 tiny tablets a day It’s great that it’s a divided dose because B vitamins are water soluble so you need a steady supply to maintain balance throughout the day.

Suddenly I am getting this minty after burp. It was not there with the previous batch. I am unable to vouch for its efficacy. It is not all that effective either. Having consumed for 4 months, I notice no improvement in my health or dry eyes. They have not mentioned if it is refined oil or cold pressed oils that they have used in the capsule. Honestly I am a little worried about the minty after taste, because if peppermint or any such essential oil is being used to mask the fishy taste, it might not be good for the body. Not very satisfied with the purchase.
