I take 3 pills regularly. 1 tiny one, 1 daily vitamin that’s around the same size as this one, and 1 fish oil pill that is bigger than this one. I’ve done this for years and years, no issues. I have taken antibiotics my parents jokingly called horse pills.
Honest to God, this is the most miserable pill-taking experience I’ve had in my life. I gag. I throw up the water I wash it down with. Tried yogurt; that made it worse. Tried coffee, that put me off coffee for a week. I have to take them over the sink. They’re so bad. But they do work.
5 years of knee pain and lower back pain, and these four pills get me completely pain free until I go back to work, and have me pain free 2 days before I go back. Might not sound like much, but others with knee pain will understand how wild it is that I can walk up 5 flights of stairs to work and not have joint pain.
So it is, with my deepest regret, that I must wholeheartedly recommend this product. God, I wish it didn’t taste so bad. (I am Only clarifying how bad they are to swallow because if you can’t swallow them, they obviously are not going to work for you.)

I used to run with a wrong posture and my joint area developed a cracking sound during exercise (with a little warmness and pain around knee). I took 2 capsules daily for couple of months – and now do not have pain, joint cracking sound also reduced drastically.
