I have tried several proteins during my fitness journey, due to some reason I have low budget and been looking for some protein for several days and then I found this product. I was hesitates at first because no company offer protein in this budget range, well I bought malai kulfi flavour and beleive me it taste heavenly amazing. The taste and mixibility was awesome. This is a great protein in Budget range and for beginners, it’s good to go, this is not a paid promotion, this is just what I experienced today, the taste is flawlesss and gonna order different one for sure. For those people who are saying it not affected, I wanted to say that in one or two month u can’t expect result and results are expected through diet not just protein, I have taken so many proteins and I cannot blame any for not giving me results, it’s totally up to you how you fulfil your protein intake. Earlier, I have used big muscle chocolate flavor and it was good. But this one (strawberry), taste is good but not good for health. It’s one scoop is of 40+/48 gm which is huge and getting 24 gm protein from it (means 50%). I have started using it and every time I faced heat, pain in my stomach. And have to go toilet within 30 mins from consumption of protein. It seems this is not good quality protein. Product price is low but our health is important. Think before buy it.

Best Whey for beginners
Have ordered 5 times till now no side effects.
Results are good but for beginner level only.
Mixability is also good, flavour is amazing.
Muscle growth is pretty decent depends on your diet and workout.
Would suggest not to have this with milk. With milk it was not suiting me but you can try as every body reacts differently to whey.
Go for it if you are low on budget for protein this really helps but for advance muscle growth you need to mix good amount of diet along with whey to maximize your muscle gain.
