So I’m giving reviews after a month. This protein is amazing, Now let me tell you how. 1) It’s tastes good (I ordered Matcha Flavour) 2) Not even a single side effect (And I’m going through my recovery phase from multiple fractures in my pelvic and collarbone) It didn’t affect me in any way. 3) It starts you making feeling energetic right after you consume it.
4) It gives glow to your face
And here comes the question we all have in our mind. Does it help to loose weight. I would rather say, It helps more to maintain weight than loosing it. For example if you’re in your weight loosing journey and you workout and eat properly which helps you to loose weight so this protein will also help you to do that, you’ll see changes in your weight loss. And if you don’t workout or eat what you should and consume this power and expect it to do wonders – Than I’m not sure coz I always consumed it after my exercises. As I said I’m going through my recovery phase and can’t do any intense or jumping exercises. I always do lying exercises and walk atleast 5k steps a day which is more than enough for someone in my condition but it helped me to loose some weight but that was only possible because I also took care of all the factors I mentioned above.
But you won’t gain weight that I can assure you. Don’t worry I had same thought what if I gain weight with this but No, that’s not gonna happen.
I’m gonna order another one but the pricing is bit expensive for 15 scoops. It should be around 1200 only. Rest is all good.

I have bought this product 1 month ago,my flavour is cafe mocha and I’m using it on a daily basis.sometimes I skip my breakfast by preparing smoothie with Oziva protein powder,banana and milk trust me it’s Just an amazing smoothie.or I drink it as a post work out drink for regain energy.First of all it’s test really good,and it just makes you feel full.and as it’s proteins and herbs it’s really don’t have any chance to harm your guts.you can see the magical difference in 3-4 weeks if you use it properly,in case you want to lose belly fat like me,just take it with your abs workout.I have an trust issues on protein powder as I think this makes a person fat but trust me after using this I am totally satisfied.This will just help you to boost your daily energy..and help in your body maintenance.Girls just go for it..if there is something that really fullfil all criterias claiming by it that’s absolutely OZIVA.

I have been having this for at least two years now. I have really liked the taste and found it helpful for my recovery from the workouts that I do. Sadly, the latest batch was ground to such fine powder that it’s become very difficult to dissolve the lumps. Earlier batches were ground to a perfect balance. Otherwise still love it. Hope they go back to the precious type.
