It is very good fiber supplement, I was suffering from many months because of constipation & stomach problem. I tried many type of medicine, every medicine was having side effect or no result.
As soon as I started Pentasure Fiber, I can say I am recovered of constipation & stomach problem.
Yes it is bit expensive, I take half spoon which is given in box, 2 times after food with water. Yes post taking fiber, the body needs lot of water, I keep drinking water, in this way increased my water intake as well, before it was drinking less water.
Difference can be seen immediately. It’s 2nd box for me. Will keep using it regularly.
