Since I have havey breats so wasn’t sure that it will work for me. But it did. Used the nipple covers reusable ones or pasties then put the tape. Cut it as per your dress. If your bust is C or d and are sagging then this works. See any tutorial online it wroks. Pls use water or any oil and remove it slowly. pains a little while removing but totally worth it

These worked super well. If you have sensitive skin you may have a reaction to the adhesive. So first do a patch test on your hand and let it be for sometime. If its fine then psl go ahead. I found it pretty useful

Read few of the reviews where people say it doesn’t support. I am a D cup and little saggy so thought to give it a try. And here is the honest review. Since the nipular area is senitive I use the disposable nipple covers and then use the tape.used 1 long strip underneath the breast, 1 at the centre and 1 on each sides. It did the job what is supposed so i would give a thumbs up. Quality is good. The glue will only stick if you body is absolutely drp. Dont expect a magic to happen but it does the job just fine. so go ahead and buy it.
