It does infact make you cool but for that you need air if air passes through when you are sweating then can make actually give you a noticable breeze better than any I have used on hot summer days you will notice it does make you feel comfortable would recommend it you are okay with it lasting 6 months at best , quality is good fit is good too, fabric is soft but thin , color is good , appearance remain as same as first day just a tone duller not much dull if you wash properly
