Unfortunately, my experience with thid product was far from satisfactory. Upon adding water, the device began leaking, rendering it unusable for its intended purpose. Despite following the instructions diligently, I couldn’t get it to produce any ice. Disappointed with the quality and functionality, I wouldn’t recommend this product to others.
