I was suspicious at that time but still gave the benefit of the doubt to the seller. After 5 business days the refund status in amazon app shows amount refunded to original source but I don’t see the said amount come in to my account. I would never recommend this product to anyone.

Don’t keep it in freezer. Just keep in normal compartment because it contains gel base so it easily it’s cold in normal compartment. Not required to keep in freezer.
