1. The product came with a tag which mentioned a cashback if I gave 5 star review (nothing came) 2. The loofah started coming out after just 12days. It appears that the loofah along with the loofah string has been glued to one end. 3. The brush side is good though. Its not too soft or too hard. 4. The color of the product can vary. I didnt like the holder color I received.
