Received a broken product, due to poor product design.
The lip balm as it claims doesn’t make my lips soft, doesnt help in chapped lips. It just sits on top my lips like I have applied a thick lip mask. Not hydrating not softening basically does nothing to my lips. Lips get dry in 15mins even after applying a thick layer. Would not recommend to anyone. 👎

I suffer from dry lips. And my lower lips turn grey/black with extreme drying. Using Vaseline since childhood and it had been my life savior.
Thought to cry ceramide based lip balm. But it failed my expectations. Forget about turning lips from black to pink/normal, it can’t protect it from drying and had to apply many times. Out of frustration, again picked Vaseline which do wonders within a day. 5₹ ki Vaseline > this thing.

It does its job. It does actually repair your lips but for me it has completely blackened my lips too. I don’t use products like boroline or boroplus on my lips for the same reason and I think this lip balm contains similar ingredients to turn my lips so dark. It also leaves a white residue on your lips after you’ve applied.
