It’s a good toner for face. But i have a huge issue with the fragrance. I don’t know why would Neutrogena go with fragrance in there products but it has been proved to be an irritant for the skin and i have atopic dermatitis/eczema and it causes irritation on my face as soon as i apply it. If anyone has sensitive skin I won’t recommend you to go for this product.

I have been looking for a product with hyaluronic acid. Most products available with hyaluronic acid are expensive. Hyaluronic acid is known to lock in moisture and hydrate your skin in the best possible way. This is the best product I found which is not very expensive and has hyaluronic acid and does it’s jobs so well. It hydrates my skin , makes it very soft . It is so light weight , non comedogenic and is literally clear lotion.
My skin is sensitive and acne prone.
This is my first bottle and I am really liking it I will definitely consider Re purchasing this product.

It comes in a plastic bottle and is very sturdy. The smell of the toner is very mild and is watery in consistency. It gets absorbed in to the skin easily and moisturises the skin nicely. All skin types can use it.
