I’ve tried a couple of light masks and this one is one of the more comfortable ones. I do find that using these it’s nice to just relax and lie down. I’ve read good things about light therapy and the main thing is you need to use this consistently to see results. As the colder months approach my skin usually gets a bit dry and my fine lines become more prominent but this so far has helped my skin look healthy so far. These devices are expensive but they are good value for money overall if you compare it to in-clinic treatments which in the long run would be much more costly.
