No side effects as it is natural gel No bad smell I use to use aloe vera from tree but it was headache to remove skin and it was some what sticky But this gel is just perfect and non stick as it is core part of the leaf Good job wow By the way… I brought 250 ml bottle and 150 ml bottle I saw some reviews of bottle been broken but it is 500ml bottle … I don’t know about it.. but 250ml bottle is best and cost least per ml
