Yes, it’s a true gel, but there’s no oil control whatsoever. I bought it for the sole purpose of oil control with high hopes, but my extremely oily skin got visibly oily in the nose area just after an hour of application. So, the whole purpose of this moisturiser is defeated. Also, I am not very sure if this moisturiser provides hydration. It gets dry too quickly, which means you have very less time to massage it and spread it nicely. Another drawback is that I had to press the dispenser an uncountable number of times to get the first pump of the gel. I actually thought the dispenser was damaged and I wouldn’t be able to use the moisturiser at all. But thank God, finally I was able to draw content from it and use it. I give it 3 stars only because it’s a true gel as it claims. But its claim of oil control is a lie.

Yes it is good for oily skin but this product can’t be used as moisturizer bcoz this product does give you the matte finish to your skin but it provides 0 moisturization to the skin. And it can cause acne

I have an oily and acne prone skin, and have tried a few moisturisers. But I found this Re’equil moisturiser as very easy and effective over my skin texture. It’s not at all oily and I don’t even feel like I have applied something heavy or something visible on my skin after it’s application. Very confidently and with good faith, I have now ordered my second bottle of this moisturiser. I really thank the makers of this product. Keep it up!

Does what it says , gives a matte finish, hydration is also nice, atleast for our 40° summers we don’t need hardcore moisturization , doesn’t make the skin look greasy, but one issue though, it might make skin look too bland because applying it or not applying it looks kinda the same, so if u want little plumpiness or dewiness layer it over a hyaluronic acid serum or u could just skip both and get a gel moisturizer from ponds

At last I found a good moisturizer for my oily skin. It mattifies skin without any itching or drying. Though it has mentioned that fragrance has been used in it, I can’t smell any added fragrance from it which is really good for the sensitivity of my skin. But I’ve a complaint for the bottle, the air pump doesn’t work properly, it can’t squeez out the product from the bottle. Overall a good moisturizer for oily skin but I think Re’quil should redo the packaging in another way.

Suffered from seborrheic dermatitis for many years. Gone through medications and it would return as soon as medications stop with painful oily-flaky skin around nose and acne inflammations.
Had to be very careful in choosing moisturizers. This one is such a wonderful product. I am not taking medications for a year now and have got the smoothest clear skin with reduced bumps and pores. Back to being like normal people using only serum, moisturizer and sunscreen.
