The box was crumpled, the cream had been previously opened and used. There was clearly a scoop of cream removed from the jar. Love this product but want a new jar, not a previously used jar; especially for $20+.

Using this product from last 3 or 4 yrs and will recommend this to all the ladies above 30 yrs. Pond’s products really gives results as promised. I’ve seen my skin brighten up and become even toned within a week’s usage,no acne, wrinkles reduced, eye bags healed. No problem using in all the seasons. Very light-weight, have fragrance, 1 pack lasts for a year. Value for money spent indeed. Highly recommended and appreciated.

I would highly recommend. I noticed a difference immediately. I am 41 and starting to get a few unwanted lines around my eyes and mouth. I am pretty natural by nature so Botox is not something I want to do. My mother actually asked me if I did something different to my face so she noticed too. She has much deeper lines (73) but tried it as well and they were much improved. I would definitely recommend for anyone with fine lines and wanting to stay away from injections. I am on my last little bit so I will order again soon!

I like the ponds cream, has a nice scent, but what was very disappointing about the ponds product the jar looked like it had been opened and resealed!!! Have not used it long enough to rate it any other way. It would be very nice on the ponds product behalf if they would send me a new jar that has not been opened. Otherwise I don’t think I will be ordering any more because of the very fact that it did appeared to have been opened and maybe returned to the company because of someone ordering it and did not like and returned!!!

This is the nicest day cream I’ve ever used and it has SPF! I wish it was the larger size.
