As title suggests it definitely works good on my sensitive skin but both times i purchased it and I have observed the cetaphil bottle pump stops working after few use. Honestly it is so irritating and I have to manually take out cream and use, which defeats the purpose of having a dispenser and can actually contaminate the whole bottle. Im not buying it again as it is costly and the hassle to use its pump is very annoying.

I bought this face wash and it is good to use. I have a very dry skin and using other facewashes was making it more dry, I switched to citaphil and it is really good to use. You won’t feel quite refreshing though and there is no scent in the facewash, but at the same time it is clinically approved facewash.

Waste of money if you are buying it as facewash…..First of all it not a facewash….it is a face cleanser which gentlely Cleans the skin without use of water. It doesn’t makes any foam like facewash. Use this product only when you have very sensitive Skin which generally can’t tolerate the normal facewash available in the market. But Don’t get trapped if you have oily and combination and normal skin type. It may worsen the condition if you have acne prone and oily skin type. It always advisable to use salicylic acid based facewash if you have acne prone and oily skin type.
