Disappointed. Item received was not what was advertised. Received normal l’oreal eye make up remover not the eye and lip remover for waterproof mascara.Item did not remove waterproof mascara. Had used the advertised item previously hence the reason for purchase.

Have bought this make up remover earlier, in the bottle shown in the images and it was perfect for removing make up and dirt. However have received different packaging this time and the texture of the remover is also different – somewhat greasy. Don’t know if L’oreal has changed their product?

I love wearing waterproof mascara and have experimented with many (expensive) removers that either don’t do the job or cause allergic reactions. I always go back to this one and now I’m not changing… You don’t have to rub forcefully just a couple of swipes cleanse the lashes beautifully.

I usually wash my face with a face wash just after using the remover to remove stubborn waterproof makeup and that works for me.. this product is really mild but does a thorough job of makeup removal as it claims to. I have used makeup removers from other brands as well but some how I keep coming back to this one all the time..

It’s grt for removing makeup which is waterproof. As we know the waterproof makeup can’t be removed with any face wash or ordinary soap-water formula. We need something special for that. This product is quite useful and also good for those who have sensitive skin. I bought for my sister and she happily said,” it’s very thoughtful of you!” Thank you Amazon!
