I received this eyeshadow palette in this condition since its a not returnable product I contacted amazon service centre and told them abt the product they help me out with a solution and My money got refunded in one day. A humble request to amazon ur service is gud But do have an eye in packaging for such products u really need to improve ur packaging Since its not returnable product one shade of the eyeshadow palette has broken for me Balance all other shades are gud And I do use them the shades are pretty gud

I ordered the Makeup Revolution Reloaded smokey eye velvet rose pallet from Amazon and to my dismay the black colour cake in the pallet is broken and has spread over other lighter colours. The product came in just a cardboard box of Amazon without any protective cover like a bubble warp or even a simple plastic bag over it. Very poor packaging and handling by Amazon. Extremely disappointed. As far as the product is concerned it seems like a duplicate from its box quality. Don’t but this product. I doubt of Colour Cosmetics the supplier is genuine.

I received a defective product. The packaging is not good at all. Nykaa sells product at a bit higher price but at least they give perfect packaging. Though just in case if you receive a defective product, you can make a call to Amazon customer care number, they will provide you with a new product and they take action really quickly if you have received a defective product.
