 This is good lip primer for a matte lipstick. It’s a matte indeed. It is better than NYX brand. I was a nyx user before but now I switch to any brand that it suits my budget.

I bought this for a really pale blue lipstick that I was excited to wear. It didn’t have enough pigment to look like anything on my lips, so I was hoping this would lay down a base layer. It doesn’t. It’s basically chapstick. And it doesn’t stay on for long either.
