I have purchased this product once earlier. On that occasion too, the top lid of the dispenser was faulty. The same issue is observed in the current delivery as well. I feel that supplier is supplying reject products through Amazon. The product cannot be used from the present bottle and has to be transferred to another dispenser which beats the purpose of usage completely.
