I really liked it. Easy to use it took only 5-7 mins for full hair done. I have curly but fine hair. Heat up quickly. Liked everything about it One thing i felt that it is lil havier compared to ceramic plates bt not any issue while using it. If u have very coarse n thick hair then only go for titanium pro one coz that may be lil more heavy. Otherwise this one is perfect. Go for it.

This product works well but does not last long. I only used it for 3 months and it was working fine and it suddenly stopped working. I have been trying to contact customer service for the last many weeks but it has been extremely difficult to even get through to someone to hear my complain. Better to go with better established brands and not to go for this. Waste of money.

All I can say is WOW… I saw this straightener at my salon and was surprised how quick my hair was straightened. It adds so much shine as well so I decided to buy one for myself…and it was the best money ever spent. It works so well, took me about 5 min to straighten my hair (below shoulder length), adds sooo much shine and softness, looks like you coming straight out of the salon. Impressive!!!
