I was too scared to use it. So finally i returned it. There is no temperature control. So i heated it like iron and then unplugged and used it. I got the crimped impressions. But i was too scared to use it since this was my first time. I sent the product away. I am too scared of the smoke that comes out. If you are a pro, you can plug in and go for it. But the manual mentioned to unplug and use it. I did but the heat doesn’t sustain for long. It’s light weight and easy to use for experts. If you are not a fan of heating tools like me. You can skip purchasing this.

I was skeptical while buying this product as it was my first curler. It turned out to be such a good decision. It is small, so very travel friendly. Good for beginners in curler usage. Sturdy build. I have used it for months now and it has always worked well. Curls turn out defined and stay like that for a decent amount of time. Temperature control feature is also very good. Overall, value for money. Definitely recommend.

The product is functioning well but it’s lock is loose which is affecting the safety of the the crimper.. The lock became loose after 3-4 usages. Since, the return window is closed, don’t know how to get it rectified.. Flipkart has completely absolved itself from the responsibility which is unbecoming of a trusted brand like Flipkart..

For the price I had to pay, the results are pretty good..
The only issue is that the rod goes from broad (base) to thin (top) which makes the hair slip and curling longer hair is difficult..need to curl long hair part by part.
A clamp to hold the hair would also have been helpful..
Overall, value for money 💰
