I bought this model because it has a diffuser. As someone with a really curly mane, the diffuser really helps set those springy curls so well.
Another use I have for this is my beard. I have a pretty long beard, and so I use the nozzels to get more heat directed to tame those misbehaved stragglers.
I use both the hot and cool settings when grooming my beard.
Guys. Here’s a pro tip: use medium heat (so you don’t melt your face off), when brushing your beard, and then immediately switch to the cool setting to set the beard in place.
The cool air for some reason has a weird “setting” nature when used right after a hot blast. Go figure. Follow up with a wax or cream for longevity.
All in all, a really great product for guys who have a similiar use case.

I bought it because it has the diffuser attachment. But it gets too hot on low speed also and you need to frequently use the cool shot button else your hair and scalp will burn.
