The product is working properly.. it’s a used product.. ( Maybe because of offer time) you can see the minute scratches in the body.. I noticed one more thing .Not a sealed box & no plastic cover on the box. you can’t find MRP.. Manufacturing country.. manufacturing Date in the box ect..

Today I kept it off charging and the product was not working and costumer care service saying it’s out of return policy as it is only for 5days. Literally feeling so sad for buying electric appliances on amazon as it is the 2nd product wasted money without any service of solution.👎🏻

And my hair seems smooth and silky in first use. It’s amazing . Can’t wait to try my led face therapy too. I ordered both and both arrived on same day.
