I have never used this application method before and I was worried about the instructions saying to complete the entire application plus staining time in 12 minutes or less, but even with my long hair I managed to easily apply the product. It completely covered my grays in 5 minutes. I did not experience any irritation, and my hair was not as dried out and felt soft compared to other hair dyes I’ve used that contain ammonia. As i mentioned my hair is pretty long (mid back) so i used about 75% of the product (even though i only applied to my crown and midway to hair), so I only got one use out of the box.Will buy again.
