I am using it from last one month. It drys the skin, but not effective in fungal infection. I feel itching even after using it. You can get same result if you use a lemon on the infected area. So, try to avoid it.

This soap is not effective for Fungal infections and works as a normal soap with strong Citronella odour which doesn’t go for hours. Skins gets dried out(but doesn’t mean it is effective on fungal infected areas). Please take doctors advise when you notice fungal infections. Ketoconazole 2% soaps cover wide range of Fungal infections and work in smoothening out skin. Don’t want to rate too bad as this soap may be designed and work for few cases only

Tetmosol soap suppresses back acne. I could see great results after using this soap on alternate days for a week. Hence I am using it from the past 3 months, this soap helped me reduce back acne by 95% . After use, soap takes out almost all the moisture from skin. I am still using this soap or else back acne would reappear.
