Product looks good, but dispenser’s pump is not functioning. what’s the use? tried to rotate it in all directions but it is not coming out. On top of it this item is not returnable/replaceable. Total loss of money.

First of all I was really glad to find it in a cute package n the liquid too was in a Carton box..so good to recycle…first use first time I just loved the mild fragrance which remains on the hands until the next wash…felt soft n supple hands…I’m definitely going to order some more products from this brand…I’m sure enough I’m not going to get disappointed…good job team amazon for such amazing products…n to the seller too.👌👍
