Cetaphil Restoraderm Skin Restoring Body Wash, 295 Ml

My son who is 5 has celiac disease and he has VERY sensitive, dry skin and scalp. He has eczema like rashes pretty much head to toe, plus his feet like to peel. We have tried everything from prescription drugs to other OTC remedies, all kinds of special soaps & shampoos to oils. After his last outbreak that lasted 2 weeks I thought there has to be something that will work on his scalp and his skin that won’t break the bank and not be loaded full of stuff that I’m not comfortable putting on him. Our allergist recommended we try this. His poor scalp was just scales of dry, itchy skin, his toes looked awful, and skin was severely dry even though I was applying Vaseline three times a day plus his prescription cream.

After the fist bath with this I could tell a difference before I even put on ANY lotion. I could see his actual scalp (we washed his hair with it as a shampoo), he wasn’t itching, his skin felt smoother and soft! He hasn’t had soft little kid skin since he was 3 months old! I was floored. I was so happy for him I wanted to cry. His hair was soft too! His hair before was course, and rough even though we put oil on his scalp and tresses twice a week. I’m so glad we bought it. It’s worth every penny. It lathers well, it’s unscented, and washes well. He had strawberry icing in his hair and it removed it all. He’s had multiple baths with this and every time we’ve had the same result unlike with other products we’ve used in the past. I’m one happy mom. If your kiddo or you has any skin or scalp issues try it!

It is expensive but I cannot live without it!
It washes well but it does not trigger my eczema (dermatitis) plus I wash my hands quite a lot & it does not dry my hands out at all.

When I have a dermatitis flare up it works far better than any of the rubbish my doctor has ever given me.
While I use this my dermatitis goes into complete remission. My years of suffering look like they are over!

If I occasionally end up using other products in public bathrooms or on holiday quite often my symptoms come back but as soon as I start using Cetaphil again they start going again.

I wish it was cheaper but I’m sure over time & if more people use it the price will go down.

The bodywash was full of mold and brown in colour when I used it..half the bottle was spoilt from inside. The bottle from outside was fine but the inside was smelly and spoilt.

I have used this body wash for the first time …. it is odour free and it leaves my skin extreme soft right from first use. It relieves dry skin effectively. Cetaphil is a good brand… I started with Cetaphil OS facewash and now body wash … Product was delivered on time with proper packaging

It us excellent for skin conditions such as eczema in children and adults. Very soothing.
