I don’t know whether we all know about this or not but still would like to share some knowledge – Essential oils are used to improve both mental and physical health. Aroma oils not. The aroma oils are made with chemical ingredients, while all the ingredients that are used to prepare the essential oils are natural.
So one should not consider essential oils as aroma oils or fragrance oil. Whereas essential oils are antimicrobial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and smooth muscle relaxant properties. Can be used as skincare.
