The product is very good but the way it was delivered was very bad.
The product packaging and handling is improper as the colour tube almost squeezed.
So try for better handling and delivery

बस पैकिंग के मिस्टेक की वजह से एक प्रोडक्ट डैमेज हो गया था जो लॉरिअल की तरफ से हमें दोबारा गिफ्ट कर दिया गया इसके लिए बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद।

Seen various negative reviews about not lasting so long – I think it could be because of incorrect use. your hair should NOT be oiled & you should not use a Shampoo or conditioner for a couple of days before applying. I find it lasts quite a long time & I only need to re-apply when the roots start showing.
Also various posts about ‘Fake’ product because of the new packing – these seem unfounded as I have seen same packaging in big stores.
Lastly – it is NOT cheap – tried using cheaper products (like Garnier / Godrej) earlier but this is best & value for money, especially as I get around 4 applications per pack (Females would probably use up most of the pack).

I had high expectations for this product after reading online reviews. The precautions and the strong recommendations to run a test should have been followed by me. I have been home hair care for a very long time, but I won’t be using this product again. Very drying to the hair and my medium brown color was a very dark brunette.
