Fish oil/omega-3 offers no benefit to people with already elevated cholesterol and can increase levels of LDL cholesterols in the body. This is dangerous misinformation that might lead to people with high cholesterol levels (risk of heart failure) to depend on this product rather than seeking proper treatment. It is also interesting that their product label makes no mention of cholesterol, when fish oil does contain cholesterol. If they’d removed it, they’d have bragged how their product is superior, so they seem to just be pretending it doesn’t exist. Litings here as well as on their website don’t show product ingredient breakdowns, nor do the photos. The product I received had sales stickers covering product ingredients.

 I recently purchased HK Vitals Omega 3 capsules, hoping to boost my health, but I deeply regret it. Almost immediately after taking them, I started experiencing the worst fishy burps imaginable. The taste is unbearable and lingers for hours, making it difficult to focus on anything else. It’s extremely unpleasant and has turned me off from ever wanting to try these again.
For comparison, I’ve been taking Centrum brand Omega 3 capsules, and those were just excellent. While Centrum is a bit more expensive, it’s worth every penny to avoid the horrible fishy aftertaste that comes with HK Vitals. Save your money and invest in a better quality product.
