Tampons are great for periods..if you are beginner dnt hesitate.Once you will get used to it you will love it.Theres less mess,no rash problems and being wet there that too in summers o god..its a nightmare 🙁 So after using Sofy regular i bought this for heavy flow.It did work a lil longer.. the best part about sofy is it comes with an applicator which makes it easier to use.Its comfortable to wear and dsnt bother if you are wearing it properly. All the instructions are mentioned on the box and leaflet.if u are a beginner go for regular first. Less mess..happy period 🙂 Attaching some pics hope they help..

I’ve been using these tampons for a few years now. They’re pretty easy to use and very convenient. Especially for women who are concerned with spotting, can use it with a light pad on heavy days. The applicator works well. A bit expensive but worth the money on heavy flow days.

I have used them for the first time. I was very nervous, regarding, how can I use it, how to remove it, etc. But, the instruction set provided is so good, that it gives you confidence, that you can dare to use it 😉
I bought a super tampon, which is a bad experience for me. It is quite big in size, and as per my requirement , I think, I need to try regular one. because of its bigger size, it did hurt while insertion and removal.
Buy as per your need, coz if tampon is mostly dry inside you, than it would hurt while removal. One more challenge faced by me, includes a personal hygienic problem, which no one has mentioned in the reviews, that is lube. So, I am not sure, which lube is healthy for the body or which one is not, but if you are dry, then it would hurt more, while insertion or removal.
I like using them, as they keep you clean , and you don’t have to worry about spot on clothes or anywhere. Insert it properly, else one can face backache and stomach ache. If after insertion, you don’t feel it there, so it is placed correctly.
The good part is-each piece is packed separated , so u don’t need to carry a big pack like sanitary napkins in your purse. It is so small that it can come in the smallest pocket of your purse.
Overall, average for me. May be regular tampons would provide me better results than super. 🙂

The outside packaging says 2019 packed. The product has a life of 3 yrs. However the inside Japanese packaging says packed on 2018. Please don’t send expired products !! Horrible !!
