Tampons are really easy to wear and dispose. I am using Sofy tampons in both variants, Normal as well as heavy flow. Tampons come with applicator and this is the best part of this tampons. Process is non-messy and tampon quality is also good. I would recommend Sofy Regular variant for less heavy days. Also one should remember to change tampon every 7-8 hours. Sofy tampons are affordable compared to many applicator tampons that are available. Also each tampon comes with own plastic wrapping, hence they are great to carry in small purse, handbag, travel kit etc.

For years I knew about tampons but thought they are meant for swimmers only. There isn’t enough education about this kind of stuff in India. I was under the misconception that this is not okay for wearing for normal use. I HAD NO IDEA till a friendly recently introduced me to it. Recently I was traveling and decided to carry this pack. I wish I had not waited this long to try tampons. This is a great product. I have normal flow and this tampon worked perfectly for me. I followed the instructions. At first I felt scared, but I was advised to just relax, take deep breaths. It worked. After that, it got easier every time. It is an amazing innovation and I can’t understand why noone knows about it in India – no ads, no promotion. I don’t want to go back to wearing pads at all. I was able to wear this for 5-6 hours and changed it then. I even wore it at night for 8 hours and it was not at all a problem – however, this was during light flow day so You may want to check if you can wear it at night or not because instructions at the back said 6 hours. In terms of comfort, it’s a great product. I was a little apprehensive that I would feel a a little uncomfortable but I didn’t feel a thing once I inserted the tampon. I hate pads so much, it gives me rashes and I’m always uneasy for some reason, so this product is a boon for me. It is a little uncomfortable to insert and remove it at first, but you get used to the whole process pretty soon. Do note the fact that you’re not supposed to wear any tampon for more than 8 hours or you’d be at a risk of getting TSS. All the information is given with the tampons which was very useful. Read all the precautions and directions very carefully.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars not 5 is because this is for light flow. Even during medium flow, it barely lasted 2 hours.

On first ,fourth , and fifth day it absorbs till 4 hours as these days have lighter flow on heavy flow days like 2 nd 3 a regular one lasted me 2 to 3 hours. In end it’s a very good one. Applicator made it super easy for first time users

If you are not familiar with tampons then this product is going to be best fit for you. I have used “Bella” tampons but they were uncomfortable and different to use. This tampons are easy to use and comfortable, you’ll not feeling discomfort while sitting, excercising or any other activity. It’s packing was also in good condition 👍

OH MY GOD!!! I simply have no words for it…. For many years, I knew of tampons’ existence but was always sceptical to start using it as it felt intimidating to me.
It’s absolutely easy to use, and the applicator is really really helpful. It just glides inside…. I inserted it after carefully reading the instruction manual multiple times and there was no discomfort once you do exactly how it is mentioned step by step. Even pulling it out is easy and doesn’t create discomfort. First I was thinking whether I should buy the OB tampons, but the idea of using it first time without applicator just didn’t suit me. Even though I do not sleep at night for 8 hours, I didn’t use it at night for the fear of over-using it, so am using pads at night.
Life feels free like a bird now with tampons…. I don’t think I will use sanitary pads much now. Sitting, leaning, lying down is so much easier and worry-free with tampons. And with this low price makes it a steal…. Enjoy your life girls with tampons….
