Not very nice since the sheets are not cut out. The size and cutting part is bad. They don’t stick on as well like the others do. The ones that are cut out are easy to put.

It doesn’t stay on if you put deodorant Maybe the spray ones work but I use a bar and it didn’t stay on And once I tried it without deodorant and it definitely sticked and after 30 minutes I didn’t even feel that I’m wearing something but it didn’t do it’s job. The sweat passed through it😕
