 1. I ordered 535 Rum Raisin but received 423 Rum Raisin, so I’m not sure if it’s the original product. 2. It came partly damaged, which is very disappointing. I’ve attached a video for reference. 3. Packaging needs to be better, maybe use some bubble wrap to prevent lipsticks from getting damaged. Same thing happened with another lipstick I ordered a few months ago. 4. Formula is creamy and moisturising, but doesn’t last very long. 5. The colour is OK. I suppose it would flatter many light to medium skin tones, but looks OK on me (I have a wheatish complexion).
