Product is broken and unfortunately it cannot be returned or exchanged as per so called policy it amazon. It is like a paste. Cannot apply it as a lipliner or even as a lipstick. Cannot return it too so waste of money and useless product. I saw the similar kind of review in this product but thought that it might be one of the misses however this is how all the products are. Please do not make the same mistake as mine and please do not buy this product.

The lip pencil point was broken. Each time I am trying to use a bit more is breaking off. Not expected of Revlon. Eventually there is hardly any point left. And it was delivered only yesterday. I chose the costliest brand because I wanted the best product. What a shame

I’ve been using this liner for so many years. I love the color because it blends nicely with deep reads as well as more natural colors or gloss. The liner itself is strong and doesn’t break easily. It goes on really smoothly and i have never had any issues with it bleeding or smudging even if I was doing more of an over lip look. I bring this liner with me in my purse because it also has the built in sharpener– so if i need to reapply it is super easy and I don’t have to also bring a sharpener. The color stays on so well that often my lipstick will be long gone but the liner is still there. So especially if I am wearing a gloss– I lightly fill in my entire lip and it looks almost like a lip stain all night.
